Shipping FAQ’s

How is my order shipped?

We use Australia Post to ship and track orders from the Gold Coast, AUS. And we have tried to absorb costs to offer you free shipping over $100 Australia Wide !  If you do not receive a tracking number (and have checked your 'spam' folder), please contact us here.  All items will be sent without a signature required at the receiver’s end.  

How long will it take to process my order?

Our standard processing time for all orders is between 1-2 days.

What is the delivery timeframe within Australia?

Due to high demand, Australia Post is experiencing delays between 5-7 days for standard services. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

How do I know if my order has been dispatched?

You will receive an Order Confirmation once you place your order, and another separate email containing your order tracking number. You will be able to track the progress of your order through the Australia Post website

Do you deliver Internationally?

Yes, we deliver worldwide. International orders placed outside Australia may be subject to customs or import fees. Any customs or import fees are to be paid by the recipient once the parcel reaches its destination. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country and we do not have control over them. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

All products are inspected for damage and packed with the utmost care, however we are not liable for damages incurred during shipping. This is the responsibility of the delivery company.
